Go to Start >> Run, Type in services.msc, Find the Norton internet Security and double-click on it, Go into the Recovery Tab in the dialogue, What I done is set all three responces to "Restart The Service." WebComputer runs slowly after startup. Using Task Manager I find that svchost.exe is using a large percentage of CPU. If I "end process" the computer runs fine until the next time I restart. I use Norton Internet Security and Spybot to detect and eliminate problems. This one slipped through somehow.
