WebSep 17, 2024 · Connecting one monitor at a time works, which is the most bizarre thing to me (seems that the bandwidth capacity of the dock decreased). When connecting only the small monitor it works. When I connect the large one the small one stops working properly. I'm going to contact technical support and ask for a replacement.
