WebLocked out of windows 10 because of safe mode. So my laptop screen started flickering, and I decided to try to update the video drivers. I needed to boot into safe mode for this. Then I found out I would have trouble with my computer being encrypted, so I disabled the encryption for the day. I went to the msconfig and hit safeboot with network.
